Getting Started Guide
A simple, step-by-step guide to setting up your first medicine reminder.
Create Your Account
Click on the Sign Up button at the top right of the page. You only need an email address to create your free account. The patient does not need to create an account.
Add a Patient
Once logged in, click Add Patient. Enter the patient's name and their WhatsApp phone number. This is where the medicine reminders will be sent.
Upload a Prescription
Take a clear photo of the doctor's prescription, pill bottle, or supplement label. Upload this image directly in the dashboard.
Review the Schedule
Our smart assistant (Pillo) will read the image and automatically create a daily schedule for morning, afternoon, or evening doses. Review it to make sure the timings look correct, and click Confirm.
You're All Set!
Pillo will now send a friendly WhatsApp message to the patient's number at the scheduled times. When the patient takes their medicine, they simply reply "Done" to the message, and it gets logged in your dashboard automatically.
