Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for using Pillo Reminder (TextMyPill), a product of Design Dynasty Studios. This policy outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Subscription & Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users to evaluate our services. No credit card is required to start the free trial. Upon the conclusion of the free trial, your premium features will pause and you must actively choose to upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the service. You will not be automatically charged unless you enter your payment details to subscribe.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you have upgraded to a paid plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:

  • Log into your TextMyPill dashboard.
  • Navigate to the Account or Billing section.
  • Click on Manage Billing to access the Stripe billing portal.
  • Select "Cancel Subscription."

If you cancel your subscription, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, you will not be charged again, and premium features (like automated WhatsApp reminders) will be paused.

3. Refund Policy

Because TextMyPill offers a free trial to test the service, we generally do not offer refunds for partial months of service or for months where you did not actively use the app.

3.1. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that mistakes happen. We may grant refunds at our sole discretion in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same billing cycle due to a technical error.
  • Forgotten Cancellation (Within 48 hours): If you forgot to cancel before your free trial ended, and you reach out to us within 48 hours of the first charge, we will refund the initial charge. Please note that this only applies to the first charge after a trial, not to ongoing renewals.

4. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, please reach out to our support team. Chargebacks incur significant fees and can result in the permanent suspension of your account. We are committed to resolving billing disputes fairly and promptly.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
